Coast to Coast Water / BulkSpringWater.com
Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Orders, Availability, & Shelf Life

Processing & Delivery Estimates: Our warehouses strive to process orders for in stock items for shipment within 1-2 business days. Standard common carrier deliveries typically take 1 to 10 business days depending on your proximity to the shipping warehouse. All shipping and delivery times are estimates and are never guaranteed.

Holiday Schedules: Please allow an additional business day for deliveries falling over a holiday. Our warehouses observe New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Shipping carriers may observe additional holidays.

Stock Shortages: If inventory is insufficient to fulfill your order, we will email you within 24 business hours. If your order is time-sensitive, please reply to our notification email immediately so our team can work on an alternative solution.

Split Shipments: We consolidate shipments whenever possible, but items sourced from different warehouses may arrive separately. If multiple shipments are required, the full order shipping cost will be collected and charged upon the first shipment.

Samples: BulkSpringWater.com does not offer product samples. We recommend purchasing items in smaller pack sizes, where available, before committing to a bulk pallet order.

2. Shipping Destinations & Address Restrictions

Eligible Destinations: We ship primarily throughout the United States. We strictly do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO boxes, or Viabox addresses.

Carrier Terminals: If you request delivery to a carrier terminal or third-party storefront (such as a FedEx or UPS Store), you acknowledge that competing carriers will not accept deliveries from one another and assume all associated risks.

Inaccessible Addresses: If a shipping carrier deems your delivery address physically inaccessible, the carrier will either make final delivery at their closest shipping terminal or return the shipment to our warehouse at the customer's expense.

3. Commercial vs. Residential Deliveries & Access Fees

Residential Classification: If you operate a business from a home or residential zone, you must select "Residential" in your shopping cart. Commercial carriers classify addresses based on zoning, regardless of whether a commercial account is established.

Surcharges: Additional carrier-imposed fees apply to all residential deliveries, lift-gate requirements, and limited-access locations (including but not limited to universities, prisons, military bases, and country clubs). The customer is responsible for these fees and should select the appropriate boxes at checkout.

Address Changes & Reconsignment: If a shipping address must be altered after processing, the customer is responsible for the carrier's reconsignment and rerouting fees. If the customer fails to confirm or pay these fees via email, the shipment will proceed to the original checkout address. The customer is solely liable for any resulting carrier redelivery, failure-to-deliver, or storage fees.

4. Shipping, Freight, & Strict Damage Policies

FOB Destination: All shipments are sold FOB Destination (Free on Board Destination). BulkSpringWater.com retains title, ownership, and risk of loss or damage to the products while they are in transit. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer only upon successful physical delivery to the specified shipping address.

The Delivery Receipt Binding Contract: While BulkSpringWater.com bears the risk of loss in transit, our ability to recover damages from freight carriers relies entirely on the delivery documentation. By signing the carrier's delivery receipt without noting any issues, you confirm that the shipment arrived in acceptable condition. If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt, BulkSpringWater.com cannot guarantee any compensation, refunds, or replacement shipments.

Mandatory Damage Protocol: If any item or packaging arrives damaged, leaking, or missing, you MUST complete the following steps so that we can file a carrier claim on your behalf:

  • Note the exact damage or shortage clearly on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
  • Retain your copy of the modified delivery receipt.
  • Contact BulkSpringWater.com Customer Service within 1 business day of delivery.
  • Retain all original damaged packaging materials and pallets for inspection.
  • Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged items and the packaging.

Lost Freight: In rare instances where a carrier loses a shipment, we will initiate a carrier dock check (taking approximately 3-5 business days). If found, delivery will proceed. If officially deemed lost by the carrier, BulkSpringWater.com will take full responsibility and work with you to provide a prompt replacement shipment or full refund.

Outer Packaging Damage: Outer shipping packaging (boxes, pallets, wraps) is strictly designed to protect the internal contents. Replacement products or refunds will not be offered for outer packaging damage if the actual consumable beverage product inside remains intact and undamaged.

Eco-Friendly Recycled Boxes: To lower consumer costs and protect the environment, items may ship in recycled boxes featuring unrelated product descriptions. Customers must open and inspect the actual contents inside before refusing a shipment based on exterior box text.

5. Canceling & Modifying Orders

No Modification Guarantees: Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. Contact Customer Service immediately for urgent modification requests.

Right to Cancel: BulkSpringWater.com reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason, including stock shortages, security flags, or pricing errors.

6. Online Security & Communication

Security Screenings: To ensure online safety, all orders undergo security and fraud checks. This may cause a slight processing delay for a small percentage of orders.

Email Requirements: Email is our primary form of communication. All updates will be sent to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid, active email address.

7. Price Changes, Coupons, & Product Images

Real-Time Pricing: Pricing on our website is updated in real time and is subject to change without notice. Pricing or codes advertised on outside sources (search engines, coupon sites) will not be honored if they do not match our live website.

Website Errors: In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to resolve it by either offering an agreed-upon adjusted price or canceling the order for a full refund.

Coupons & Sales: Coupon codes must be used before their explicit expiration date and while valid at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, do not apply to already discounted items, and cannot be combined.

Product Images & Colors: We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations, actual items may vary slightly in appearance. Images may feature illustrative accessories or similar representative products. Customers must review the product description, Specification Sheets, or SDS Sheets before ordering.

8. No-Return Policy

Strictly Non-Returnable: To guarantee health, safety, hygiene, and untampered shelf-life standards for commercial use, all sales of consumable products, beverages, and water pallets are final and non-returnable.

No Freight Returns: Because water pallets are extremely heavy, BulkSpringWater.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund or credit for verified incorrect or damaged items rather than requiring or paying for return freight shipping.

9. Payment Methods & Authorizations

Accepted Cards: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Registered prepaid cards are accepted. Only a single credit card may be used per order. Diversion to a shipping address different from the billing address may trigger additional verification checks.

Alternative Payments: We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, Certified Checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Orders are held until funds clear.

Authorizations: Temporary authorization holds are placed at checkout to verify funds. BulkSpringWater.com reserves the right to capture and process payment in full at checkout or prior to dispatching freight.

Currency & Taxes: All transactions are in US Dollars ($). Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to Florida, as well as any other jurisdiction where we possess a legal tax nexus. Tax-exempt entities must submit their certificate prior to checkout.

10. Manufacturer Warranties & Liability Disclaimers

Warranty Exclusions: All merchandise is sold "AS IS" without any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Any existing manufacturer warranties are passed directly to the customer.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Coast to Coast Water or BulkSpringWater.com be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, property damage, water leaks, or business interruption) connected to the sale, delivery, or use of our products.

Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability on any claim shall in no case exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

11. California Proposition 65 Notice for Resellers

If you purchase items from BulkSpringWater.com for resale into the State of California, you assume full statutory responsibility for providing your customers with an appropriate Proposition 65 warning, if required. Proposition 65 warnings can be found on our relevant product detail pages. For more details, visit www.p65warnings.ca.gov.

12. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute or claim relating to your use of BulkSpringWater.com or products distributed by us will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration via the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court. Small claims court is permitted only if the claim fully qualifies.

No Class Actions & Jury Waiver: All proceedings will be conducted strictly on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both parties explicitly waive any right to a jury trial.

Governing Law & Venue: This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions or arbitration hearings must take place exclusively in the county of our principal place of business in Florida.
